What Fletcher's Does

Not a warranty company. Your repair-side advocate.

Extended-warranty claims can turn into phone calls, documentation requests, inspections, parts questions, labor approvals and contract details. Fletcher's is built around handling that process from the repair side.

Owner Voice Explainer

Hear the real process in Rich's own voice.

The explainer video will use the actual owner voiceover over diagnostics, claim paperwork and repair visuals—no talking head required.

About Fletcher's

Built to be on the customer's side.

Fletcher's was built around a simple idea: people already paid for these contracts. When something breaks, the repair process should be documented clearly, communicated honestly, and handled professionally.

“I've been on both sides of a mechanic shop. I know what it's like to be the customer wondering who to trust—and I know the repair side well enough to understand what warranty administrators need to see.”
Rich Fletcher of Fletcher's Warranty Repair
What We Stand For

Trust is the business model.

Fletcher's is not here to promise that every repair is covered. The goal is to make sure the actual failure is diagnosed, the claim is documented correctly, and the customer knows what is happening.

Customer FirstClear answers and honest communication.
Claim FocusedDiagnosis and documentation built for the process.
IndependentNot the warranty seller or administrator.
AccountableNo fake savings, no fake approvals, no guarantees.
The Bigger Picture

About Fletcher's today. Built to grow tomorrow.

The company may be owner-led today, but the brand is designed to grow without pretending there is already a giant team. That is why this page is About Fletcher's—and Rich's story lives inside it.

How It Works

From problem to claim-ready.

The point is not to throw a part at the vehicle and hope the warranty pays. The failure has to be diagnosed, documented and presented through the administrator's process.

1

Diagnose the Actual Failure

Confirm the concern, fault, leak, code or component failure before building the claim.

2

Build the Documentation

Photos, codes, test results, estimate information, parts and labor details are organized for the claim.

3

Handle the Back-and-Forth

Fletcher's communicates through questions, inspections, authorization requirements and approval details.

4

Repair After Authorization

Covered work proceeds after authorization. Deductibles and non-covered items are explained before completion.

What We Don't Do

No fake promises. No magic approval button.

Your individual service contract controls coverage. Fletcher's can document the failure, work the process and advocate from the repair side—but the administrator makes the coverage decision.

We Don't Sell Warranties

The focus is helping you use the contract you already bought.

We Don't Guarantee Coverage

Coverage depends on the contract and administrator authorization.

We Do Build the Best File We Can

Diagnosis, documentation and communication are where Fletcher's earns its keep.

FAQ

Straight answers. No warranty-sales pitch.

These are the questions people usually have before letting Fletcher's get involved in a repair claim.

Do you sell extended warranties?

No. Fletcher's is repair-focused. The business helps customers use the vehicle service contract they already have.

Can you guarantee my repair will be covered?

No. Your individual contract and warranty administrator control coverage. Fletcher's can diagnose the failure, document it and work through the authorization process.

Do I have to go back to the dealership?

Not always. The contract determines where covered repairs may be performed. Fletcher's can help review the next step before repair work begins.

What if my warranty company isn't one of the 15 shown?

Contact Fletcher's anyway. The 15-provider reel is for customer recognition, not a complete list and not a claim of affiliation. We can review the provider and determine whether we can work with its process.

What will I pay?

Deductibles, diagnostic charges, non-covered repairs, maintenance items, taxes, labor limits and parts policies vary by contract. Fletcher's explains the approved and customer-pay portions before the repair is completed.

What if the claim is denied?

Fletcher's can document the administrator's stated decision and help explain the available repair options. A denial does not automatically eliminate diagnostic, teardown, towing, storage or other charges that were already authorized.

Should I repair it before calling the warranty company?

Usually not if you want warranty coverage pursued. Many contracts require prior authorization. Contact Fletcher's before another facility completes repairs or major teardown whenever practical.

Do you work on every kind of vehicle problem?

The initial focus is warranty-friendly diagnostics and repair work that fits current operating capacity. Some programming, major engine/transmission work or specialized operations may require a partner or sublet facility.

Information on this website is general information about Fletcher's repair and claim-assistance process. Nothing on the website guarantees coverage, payment, authorization, repair eligibility or a specific outcome under any vehicle service contract.

Actual coverage is governed by the customer's contract and the administrator's decision. Estimates, diagnostics and repair recommendations may change as additional information becomes available. Provider names are used for customer identification and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or authorization.

By submitting a warranty-check request, the customer authorizes Fletcher's to contact them about the vehicle concern. Repair, diagnostic, teardown, towing, storage or customer-pay authorization is handled separately through the applicable repair paperwork.

Privacy

Your info is for the repair process.

The warranty-check form may collect contact information, vehicle details, warranty-provider information and a description of the repair concern so Fletcher's can respond and evaluate the next step.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public website form. Information needed for an actual warranty claim may be requested separately when appropriate.

This website does not store warranty-check submissions on the page. When you submit the form, it opens your email app with the request filled in so you can send it directly to Fletcher's. Email delivery is handled by your email provider.
